Explore the prison and it's surroundings for secret areas, eliminate walkers, be careful not to get bitten and watch out for their scratches. You get a variety of weapons to use, some show first person view when you turn on first person view with the switch in the spawn area. Eliminated walkers have a chance of dropping ammo. Every so often you lose health from hunger, it slows you down, you can replenish your health by collecting a heart in the spawn area.
